Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

MAHAA Groups sells digital products that may become accessible immediately after payment confirmation.

Digital delivery

Paid downloads are unlocked automatically in the buyer's MAHAA Groups account after the payment is verified. Failed, cancelled, or unverified payments do not unlock files.

Refund requests

If a file is corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed after a confirmed payment, contact support with the order details. Refund eligibility is reviewed according to the product, circumstances, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.

Chargebacks and fraud

MAHAA Groups may suspend access while a payment dispute, reversal, or suspected fraudulent transaction is being reviewed.
