MAHAA Groups products are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is required unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

After successful payment

Safepay confirms the transaction to MAHAA Groups. The order is marked paid and the buyer's account is automatically granted access to the purchased file or digital entitlement.

Where to find purchases

Sign in to My MAHAA Groups to view paid orders and download available files. Multi-item orders show a separate download for each attached product.

If delivery is delayed

Payment confirmation can occasionally take a short time. Refresh My MAHAA Groups after a moment. If a confirmed purchase remains unavailable, contact support with the order details.
